Good morning from a beautiful Scarborough. This is the view from just outside our hotel at 6.55 am and yes that is our boys in the football park. Mr Murray you were still up before us! breakfast is at 7.30 and I will post some pictures to let you see all your children.

Everyone, and that is EVERYONE, slept all night.

The weather is lovely right now though the forecast for later is looking a little wet.

 

11.20pm, all quiet in bed, mostly asleep, no concerns so far. Used up lots of energy and all tired. Looking forward to a busy day tomorrow.

Fun playing on the tanks, on the flight simulator, inflatables, spider mountain, climbing wall and avoiding the puddles with white socks!
Everyone ate a super meal of soup, roast ham and turkey and all the trimmings, ice cream and jelly. Cooked breakfasts have been ordered for 7.30 in the morning.
Sore knees don’t seem to be bothering people, trying to slow them down.
Weather has been dry all afternoon and night so far.

We had a great but wet afternoon with the Scout
Leaders setting up a tent and making catapults!

Hi everyone. Beamish was great, no rain and lots of fun. No Molton Brown or Arran Aramatics but the sweetie shop was very popular! Everyone happily back on the bus watching Paddington movie and next stop hotel for dinner. Weather looking good tonight for the Military Adventure Park. Some pictures here and working on some more in five minutes. Robbie offered to stand in the cold corner in the old classroom but he got extra house points and didn’t feel that cold he said.

Left Gretna half an hour ago, just organised all the bags and children given their first pocket money. Found the two missing children under their chairs!

All quiet and happy on the bus, hope I haven’t missed anyone here but difficult on a moving bus, let me know if I have. Still raining but I have ordered sunshine for Scarborough! First stop Gretna Services.
