Welcome back to the blog, hopefully the homework you complete continues to be helpful towards your learning and and enjoyment of learning. As always we will have some spelling, bugclub, sumdog and education city tasks. Once we begin our topic in class we shall explore that at home too. Hope you enjoy 😀
Spelling:
Here are this weeks spelling words:
As always, practice writing your words in a variety of different ways. These can be the ways we practice in class, the ways displayed on another page on the blog or any other fun way you can come up with to practice.
Sumdog:
We ill be looking at fractions, decimals and percentages this term. To get us in the swing of things I have set a sumdog challenge focusing on fractions and decimals, hopefully all of which will just be a bit of revision and a reminder.
Education City:Â
This week I have assigned a few tasks centered around timetables and fractions. I have also set a couple of literacy tasks as well, hope you enjoy and don’t have too much difficulty.
Bugclub:
I have assigned books for each group to focus on over the next couple of weeks, they are:
Dictionaries – Sharks
Demon Dentists – How Do They Make Comics?
HTTYD – How Do They Make Bikes?
DOAWK – Big Cats
