I hope everyone is feeling ok this week!
It seems like everyone has the cold at the moment and we talk regularly about covering our mouths when we are coughing and the importance of washing our hands. It would be great if you could chat about this at home as well.

This week we have learned CK, E AND U.  Please add these to your flashcard collection.

Can you try to sound out these words? Read them and decide if it is a real word or not. Watch the pirates walk the plank if the word is not real!

Numeracy: 
We have been learning about money. I have assigned new games on Education City and have also linked a video  about identifying coins. It can be tricky when everyone uses contactless, cards and their phone to pay for things. We are trying to recognise different coins and understand that not all coins are called pennies!
