Welcome to The Family Learning Team’s website. Our team has been established for 7 years and we work across all Primary and Secondary schools in North Ayrshire. There are 10 of us in total consisting of a Team Leader, Senior Family Learning Worker, Clerical Officer and 7 Family Learning Workers.

Our role is to support families with confidence and attainment in Numeracy, Literacy and Health and Wellbeing. This could either be in school or in the community. We have developed excellent partnerships with many local services and charities to complement our programmes. We tailor interventions by working in consultation with schools and families.
