Every Child A Library Member (ECALM)
ECALM is a universal offer for Children’s library membership in Scotland and highlights the benefits of library use from an early age to support early language, literacy, and social skills. All Scottish public library services are now committed to delivering ECALM. North Ayrshire Libraries fully support the campaign and indeed one of North Ayrshire’s schools was the first in Scotland to ensure all pupils were registered as library members.

In addition to the membership you will have as a teacher, you can apply for membership of the local libraries in North Ayrshire.
