Welcome to Glebe Primary School. We cover the town centre catchment area and pride ourselves in being at the heart of our community.

We want all our children to experience what it feels like to be cared for, to achieve success and to question and challenge what they hear and see. We want them to explore the world and develop a moral compass that helps them make difficult decisions.

Our dedicated staff are committed to developing your children to become resilient, motivated and curious within a curriculum carefully designed to inspire and ignite excitement for new learning.

We passionately believe in a need for our pupils to become life-long learners in a fast-moving world. We can only begin to imagine what our children’s futures will look like but there is absolute certainty they will be the individuals to shape and change our world for the better.

We are proud to work in close partnership with our parents and carers to provide a high standard of inclusive education. We have an active Parent Council that has recently joined with our Parent Teacher Association to ensure that all stakeholders have the best interest of the children at heart. Our school fosters an ethos that is open, friendly, respectful and caring.
