This year for World Book Day the children will be participating in activities in their class. We would like to invite all staff and pupils to dress down and bring their favourite book to school.

Please note that the school will be closed on Tuesday 28th February and Wednesday 1st March due to teacher strike action.  Further information can be found on the North Ayrshire Council website.

Our Junior Road Safety Officers are running a Be Bright Be Seen day!

When: Tuesday 21st February 2023

What: Children will learn about how important it is to wear bright clothing when they are out at night.

There will be a design competition with prizes to win too!

We would encourage the children to wear bright clothing to school on this day, school uniform is not required.

We would like to wish everyone within the Elderbank Community a  peaceful Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year.  School starts back on Monday 9th January (Please be aware that strike action is planned for Tuesday 10th January – See North Ayrshire Council website for latest updates).
