Mental health…everyone has it and it is just as important as our physical health. In fact, without good mental health we might not have the energy we need to get a job done or apply ourselves to everyday life which is why it is crucial to acknowledge how fundamental and precious it really is!

Whether you are a parent, carer or someone who has a duty of care to children and young people – such as a teacher or youth worker – it is down to you to ensure you are giving them the opportunity to grow and become resilient individuals who understand the need to look after themselves both mentally, emotionally and physically.

This site is dedicated to giving families and those with a responsibility for working with children and young people access to learning resources, information, strategies and tools which will raise awareness and support mental health and emotional wellbeing.

There is an abundance of information out there about mental health and wellbeing; we have pulled together some essential resources that we believe could be of benefit to you and your child or young person.

Our page has just been planted and will continue to grow in the coming weeks.
