Auchenharvie Academy are currently working towards achieving LGBT Schools Charter Bronze Award. To achieve this, the following tasks will be completed by the end of session 2023/24.
Pre and Post charter surveys completed.
Evidence of pupil involvement in LGBT events/activities.
Increased numbers in the Auchenharvie LGBT group.
Progress made with learning environment in relation to LGBT friendly classroom.
Review of school policies to ensure progress and compliance with LGBT Youth Scotland award standards.
