What is the course?

Geography gives it’s students a unique perspective into the world around them; examining what influences where people live around the globe, how the landscape of the UK was formed, what influences the worlds climate in different areas and the impact of global warming on the globe.

The S3 Geography course will develop a variety of skills that benefit it’s students in Geography and other curricular areas, these skills include:

How will I learn?

  • Throughout S3 students are graded at N4/5 standard with support put in place to assessments and gradually reduced as the year progresses. This gives all students an understanding of the standards they are aspiring too while ensuring they are supported while building to this standard

What topics will I learn?
