Making crowns for the Queen’s birthday
The children had great fun learning a new craft and adding their own personal touch! We had to cut very carefully along the lines and then open the crown out . . very skilful work . . ..craftmanship fit for royalty!
We looked very regal and our crowns were very decorative, we even tried to curtsey and wave regally!!

We read the story “Guess How much I Love You” by Sam McBratney, and then the children got the chance to make 2 cards and a heart shaped bird feeder with their accompanying adult, whilst Disney Love songs played in the background.

The Igloo
We are currently in the stages of rebuilding the igloo as it took a tumble, but in the early stages the children have been doing a lot of work discussing the igloo and a floor book is in the process of being created around all their ideas. Here are some photos of them creating and enjoying the finished product #1.
