Happy New Year from P 6/7. We are all back to school and looking forward to a busy term 3. We were all pleased and excited to learn that our new context is Japan. We have shared what we already know about Japan and have suggested things we’d like to learn and do. We have a busy time ahead. If you have any  photos, books, ornaments or any other artefacts  you could share with us we’d be delighted to see them. Lily-Mae Robertson was discussing her new context with her family and discovered some fascinating information about  a relative who spent time in a Japanese prisoner of war camp and who worked on the bridge over the River Kwai.  Does anyone else have any connections with Japan they would like to share?
