In class last week we had a challenge  to design and create  a Jacobite targe. We had looked at some images on the internet as we had been researching Jacobite clothing and weaponry. Our first step was to plan the design to go on the front and then the fun started. It was interesting to see the different methods people used to create the metal stud design on the front . Some used split pins, some used gold pens and gold paint. One or two patient people even stuck on pieces of gold foil once it had been punched. The results are impressive.  They are all very unique and individual. We are proud of our achievements as this task required us to use a lot of skills .
