Being a young person in this day and age can bring many challenges. One that many young people face is dealing with their mental health. These are some free apps that might be useful to help in dealing with mental health. They range from mindfulness colouring, meditation and relaxation, to sleep monitoring to in the moment help for panic and anxiety attacks.
