We have been very busy in numeracy this week.

The Butterfly group have been learning about number order and have had lots of fun making their own 2 and 3 digit numbers using the tens frames. They were able to quickly make a given number using their hundreds, tens and ones boards.

Our Bumblebee group have been looking at adding and subtracting 10 from any 2 or 3 digit number. At the start of the week they were using a hundred square to support them in doing this visually, but have worked so hard that by the end of the week they were able to do this mentally! Well done guys – you have a very proud teacher.
