This year’s Daffodil Tea was a great success. Each business group took responsibility for a sales table, the parent council introduced a second hand school clothes stall and the ever popular nail in the bale was back!
We were fortunate to receive generous raffle prizes and other help from local companies. We raised over £650 this year which is a super amount for a small school. We could not have done this without support from the community. Our thanks go to:
- Green Gables, Alves
- The Loft, East Grange Farm
- Scottish Dolphin Centre, Spey Bay
- Macduff Marine Aquarium, Macduff
- Mackenzie & Cruickshank, Forres
- Cairngorm Reindeer Centre, Aviemore
- Landmark Forest Adventure Park, Carrbridge
- Pizzeria Toscana, Elgin
- Moray Leisure Centre, Elgin
- Tesco, Forres
Thanks also to Duncan’s mum for the nail in the bale, all the cake bakers, Alves Primary School Parent Council, and to all friends, family and members of the community who came along and helped make this one of our most successful Daffodil Teas.
