27.09.17 Nursery to P3 Global Citizenship Group

Our community group meeting kicked off with some circle activities to build our group community.  We introduced ourselves and shared something we liked.

Last time we met we decided we would like to learn about the lives of children in other parts of the world.

 

This week we were introduced to four children, Sasha from Russia, Muluken from Ethiopia, Cidinha from Brazil and Shakeel from India.

We looked at the world map and found the countries where these children live.

We then split into groups to create a project book about each child.

We discussed what we would like to learn about these children and their daily lives then supported each other to write our questions in the project books.
