The iOS 6 update has been recently released. The iOS 6 update has modified the interface with improved accessibility features. Google maps have been taken off and apple have introduced their very own new navigation and mapping app,  with a little help from TomTom. Siri has been improved and works properly in the UK, facetime has also been updated to 3G.

However there are some disadvantages of the iOS 6 update, some of these are, the new mapping app has some problems, the street view is gone and all iOS 6 devices aren’t equal.

The iOS 6 update is available on pretty much all apple portable devices, such as

• iPhone 4/4S
• iPhone 5
• iPod touch 4th/5th generation
• iPad 2/New iPad
