The sun was shining today for the Forres Schools Orienteering event.  Sixteen children from Applegrove took part and showed resourcefulness and resilience in their mapping skills, stamina and perseverance.  Well done to Milly Hepple – 1st in the Girls B Team. Lauren Anderson – 3rd in the Girls B Team and Fergus Kenyon – 2nd in the Boys A Team.

A quick reminder that tomorrow, Monday 18th is the PTA and Parent Council AGM. This is held in the school hall at 7pm and all are welcome to attend.

Congratulations to Mrs Bev Clark who has been appointed as Acting DHT from Monday 2nd October until the end of June 2019.

Context homework has started to come in and we have had a variety of completed projects; models, presentations, cakes and Lego builds. Keep up the good work!

P7H have settled back in to school routines. They have shown that they can work well on their own and with others, as demonstrated in their Writing and Problem Solving tasks.  We hope to keep up this great work ethic thoughout 2017 to 2018.
