Refreshing Our Vision, Values and Aims
At our school, we believe that our Vision, Values and Aims should reflect the voices of our whole community.
During Term 4, we will be working in partnership with pupils, parents/carers and staff to review and refresh these together. This is an opportunity to think carefully about what matters most to us as a school, what we stand for, and what we want to achieve for every child.
Why Are We Doing This?
Our Vision, Values and aims guide everything we do. By reviewing them together, we want to ensure they:
- Reflect who we are as a school community
- Support the wellbeing and success of every learner
- Provide a clear sense of direction for the future
- Represent the shared aspirations of pupils, families and staff
How This Will Happen
We will gather views and ideas in a range of ways, including:
- Pupil discussions and learning activities
- Parent/carer surveys
- Staff workshops and professional dialogue
This will allow us to build a shared understanding of what matters most to our school community.
What Happens Next?
We will share updates as the process develops and will publish our refreshed Vision, Values and Aims once they have been agreed.
