The regular drop-in sessions take place during morning and afternoon slots to suit the needs of practitioners working across different sectors.
The 30 minute sessions will be hosted on Microsoft Teams, which you can join using a Glow or non-Glow account.
There is no requirement to attend the full session – please feel free to register, drop-in to ask your question and then use the remainder of the time to work on your application… or grab a cuppa before your learners return!

Although you are welcome to upload STEM Nation Award element evidence at any time, there will be three main validation windows throughout the year. In order to receive feedback before the end of each term we encourage you to upload your evidence by the following deadlines:
- Autumn – Friday 1 November 2024
- Winter – Friday 7 February 2025
- Spring – Friday 16 May 2025
