My name is Helen Paterson and it is my privilege to be the Head Teacher of Riverbank Primary School and Nursery Class since we opened in August 2023.
Riverbank Primary School and Nursery Class has a welcoming and friendly ethos where children are at the heart of every decision. Riverbank is very much at the heart of its community and we are proud to lead education within this school. The staff at Riverbank set high standards for work and behaviour for all. We promote co-operative working and challenge pupils to share their opinions and be active in their own learning.
We embrace wider achievement and all of our children belong to school houses which allows them to become confident individuals, successful learners, effective contributors and responsible citizens.
We are keen to work in partnership with parents and fellow professionals to meet our aim of allowing pupils to grow together to achieve their potential, educationally, socially and emotionally.
