Today we had a visit from Claire Shriver, Tesco Milngavie’s Community Champion who came to talk to us about applying for a Tesco Bags of Help grant to improve our garden.

She told us about the Tesco Milngavie Facebook page which outlines all the help that Tesco provide in our community- from work parties of Tesco’s staff to help, to supplying food for community project barbeques.

If you are involved in anything that might count as a community project, check with Tesco to see if they might be able to fund or help you.  It is surprising what they do.
