We have some children in nursery who are particularly interested in numbers.  This morning Maureen sat with 3 of them and showed them how to use blocks to add numbers.  They picked it up very quickly and it was amazing to watch these wee, tiny people sitting on the mat and romping through a page of sums, loving every minute of it.
