Dinosaur Island –  also in the discovery zone this morning!

Maureen made this inviting number game. The tongs help the children develop a good pincer grip – essential for handwriting.

This morning we did a wee survey of the colour of cars in the car park. Black was the favourite colour, followed by red and silver.

Dragons are very popular in nursery just now and Maureen has provided lots of dragon stories in the story corner. At the writing table today she encouraged the children to draw dragons too!

Danny is our SFA football coach. Here we are warming up for a session. We were learning to dribble – maybe next week it will be diving, or claiming an offside!
