Coen drew an amazing picture for Angela.  It showed the INSIDE  of his body.  He told Angela it was an x-ray- this led to talk of broken bones and what happened when you broke a bone.  Angela found a great video clip of Dr Raj of CBeebies, showing how plasters were put on.   We all enjoyed watching it and learned a lot!   Julie found pictures of her son, Luke who recently broke his arm and actually brought in the outer fibreglass cast of Luke’s plaster to show the children.  We all tried it on!  This led to lots of talk about hospital experiences and Angela asked the children if they would like to make a hospital in Nursery.  Here are the ideas for the things we would need to have.  After the October Holiday we are looking forward to seeing it all take shape!!
