Happy Monday!  Now that we have all settled in, it’s time to learn how we do things, and why, in Milngavie Nursery.  It’s time to look at our rules for working and playing and make up our new Nursery Charter – our rules for the year.  Over the week we will be talking with the children about the areas of our nursery and how to keep safe and happy in them.  We will be thinking about how we talk to each other and how we respect our environment, both indoors and out.

 

Over the weekend there has been a magnificent amount of work done in our Orchard by the brilliant volunteers who turned up en masse to help.  There is a home for toads, beautiful banks of flowering plants and tons of wonderful tree mulch made from the chipped tree waste from last week.  We will be taking the children out to look at all the new developments and get their ideas on them.
