In Forth Valley and West Lothian each local authority has specialised staff who support outdoor learning opportunities within different settings. This is most commonly seen with the provision of Duke of Edinburgh awards, Forrest Schools etc. These staff have responsibility for supporting practitioners who wish to work with children and young people in outdoor settings. The resources to deliver these outcomes are developed by each local authority. A catalogue of these can be seen below based on each outcome with the contributing authority highlighted.
