How does gender inequality affect attainment, wellbeing and participation? (2)
This introductory session, delivered by the IGBE team, is relevant to all settings and will explore the impact of gender inequality, gender stereotypes and unconscious bias on children and young people, with particular focus on attainment, participation and wellbeing.
We will highlight strategies and practical approaches that help to address this, including examples of good practice.
In addition to gaining information, the session will include opportunities for interaction and the chance to reflect on equality within your own practice/setting.
