Built in conjunction with Principal Teachers of Guidance this professional learning programme has practical and experiential learning at its core. Using the knowledge and experience of the current workforce, key themes have been identified to proactively support future Guidance Teachers.

This is a yearlong course which comprises of 5 modules. Each module will be delivered in-person at The University of Aberdeen. There is no formal assessment however, each module proposes ‘take away’ tasks for colleagues to apply within their own school context. At the end of each module, colleagues will be asked to share their learning and how they applied it across their own school context.
