This year Social Bite are bringing together 9,000 people in Princes Street Gardens, on the 9th of December, for the world’s largest ever Sleep-Out to try and end homelessness in Scotland for good. Save the Children are looking for two schools to take part in a resilience project that aims to strengthen children’s understanding of emergencies and the actions they can take to prepare themselves, their families and their communities. Exhibitions of local primary school pupils’ work was on display and the pupils involved were there to discuss the projects that they had been working on, to the public.
