If a pupil has forgotten their passcode to unlock their iPad it is important that your iPad is returned to Mr Paterson or a classroom teacher.
Your iPad has to be connected to WiFi for a member of staff to be able to reset the passcode.
Teachers
Call the ICT Service Desk (0141 287 4000) and they will help you reset this, after going through security details.
