For educators working at the early level in ELC, ASN & primary.
Safer Internet Day is the UK’s biggest celebration of internet safety. Each year focuses on an online issue or theme that speaks about the things young people are seeing and experiencing online. Safer Internet Day 2025 will take place on the 11th of February 2025, with celebrations and learning based around the theme ‘Too good to be true? Protecting yourself and others from scams online’.
As supporters of Safer Internet Day, we would like to invite you to join us in a resources signposting session, focussing on a considered selection of developmentally appropriate FREE resources.
Join this 60 minute session to unpick what effective internet safety learning can look like in your setting, with the support of resources such as stories, animations, songs and games from CEOP Education and Childnet.
- Playing, learning and living safely and securely in a digital world requires adult support.
- How can we support our youngest of learners and children with ASN to become aware of how to protect themselves and be safe online?
- What experiences can we provide?
- How can we support families to learn about internet safety?
