The Ada Scotland Festival champions gender balance in tech and computing, providing inspiration for our young people and to build a stronger, fairer, more diverse work force of the future.

An innovative and representative workforce will develop systems for all genders as end users. In Scotland, building a diverse talent pipeline is critical as female learners are underrepresented in Computing Science education at all levels – it’s time to shift the dial.
