We pride ourselves on our high standards at Craigton Primary School. We understand at times there may be something that you are dissatisfied with. You will be familiar with our open door policy and we would encourage anyone who is unhappy with any of our school’s work to speak with a member of the school staff team in the first instance who may be able to reassure you or explain a matter further.

If you continue to be dissatisfied, we ask that you refer to the school’s complaints procedures which is in line with Glasgow City Council Procedures.
