Although it is important to identify where we are now, it is not enough to stop there. We need to reflect upon how we can develop the skills where we are less confident and how we can transfer the skills in which we are confident and competent.

Activity 2

  • Make a timeline so that you are aware of all the potential busy periods and plan the year to ensure that you allocate sufficient time for each module to include reading time, writing time and any other aspects of the module where you need to allocate time.

 

Semester 1

 

Weeks 1-4 (Mon 16thSeptember – Sun 13thOctober)

  • Attend all lectures (found on timetable)
  • Wednesdays and Fridays are free days and should be used for going over and re-writing notes in an organised manner (preferably Working Togetherand Sustainable Development and the Environment on a Wednesday and Values/online units/OLA/NOMA on a Friday)
  • Online units for Values module to be completed weekly (usually on Friday)
  • Full contribution for Working Together module group tasks/blog posts/comments on blog posts to be completed on Monday evenings or by the very latest Tuesday afternoons

 

Week 5 (Mon 14thOctober – Sun 20thOctober)

READING WEEK

  • Ensure fully up to date with all notes and online units
  • SD and TE – research to be completed on SDG 2 for group presentation and 2 slides to be created and sent to group in preparation for group meeting on Wednesday 23rdOctober
  • Research into Energy Efficient Homes in the UK to be fully underway and a plan for report to be completed
  • Ensure up to date with all online tasks
  • Read appropriate materials from reading lists for all three modules

 

 

 

Weeks 6-12 (Monday 21stOctober – Sunday 8thDecember)

  • Continuing with all reading and re-organising to be completed on Wednesdays and Fridays with additional emphasis placed on assessment materials and criteria
  • Regular meetings and online discussions regarding group task until presentation date Monday 28thOctober or Monday 4thNovember
  • Continued work on report until deadline date of Tuesday 12thNovember
  • Continued work with interprofessional peer group, with group visit on Monday 4thNovemberand presentation assessment task day on Monday 16thDecember
  • Continue to keep on top of online units and materials provided
  • Use Fridays to do relevant research and preparation for assignment due Monday 9thDecember
