The young people who attend Airport House are encouraged to know and understand their rights.
As part of our Centre Improvement Plan for 2024/25, we will be focusing on finding new ways to include our young people’s voices throughout everything that we do within Airport House. This is in line with Article 12 of the UNCRC.
Gathering information
We have been consulting our young people to find out how we can best give them opportunities to share their views about the things that we do at Airport House. We have been explaining to our young people about their right to be listened to and have their views considered and taken seriously. Young people have had the opportunity to tell us how they would like to share their views via a google form. We will share the outcomes of this soon.
