As part of our Centre Improvement Plan for 2023/24 and 2024/25, we have been working on embedding Trauma Informed Practice within all that we do in Airport House. This year, our focus is on ensuring that our young people, parents/carers and our partners know and understand what ‘good’ Trauma Informed Practice is and how it looks and feels within the Airport House setting.
The resource that we have been using to embed Trauma Informed Practice within Airport House is ‘A Roadmap for Creating Trauma-Informed and Responsive Change’.
