Squiggleworth Step 2 – I can partition a 3d number; then a 4d number.

  • Write the 3d number
  • Draw the sticks
  • Copy the units digit
  • Copy the tens digit… with a zero on the end
  • Copy the hundreds digit.. With 2 zeros on the end

L- 

3 times table

  • Say multiples 1-5
  • Say multiples 1-10
  • Say table
  • Jumbled tables
  • Fact family

I-

Doubling and Halving

Step 3- Doubling with PIM (without crossing 10)

I can double 2d numbers (Double 44 is 88)

Remember to:

Learn that double…

  • Partition the 2d number
  • Double the tens 
  • Double the units
  • Put them back together again

C-

Addition Step 25- I can solve any 2d+2d (43+88)

Remember to:

    • Partition the numbers 
    • Write out the 2 new questions
    • Add the units
    • Add the tens
    • Add the units answer to the tens answer

Adding with PIM Step 3- I can add thousands (3000+4000=7000)
