Partners, Chemical Industry Education Centre, have shared with us support materials which could be used in conjunction with the STEM Central Renewables context for learning.
The activities provide practical opportunities for learners to consider the use of plant material (biomass) as a solution to some of our requirements for energy, to address the problems that use of these materials can pose and to begin thinking about other applications for plant derivatives.
