Please complete a  form (available from the school office) if your child needs to have medication during the school day.  We are not in a position to administer any medication, including pain relief medication, without a completed form.

If your child becomes ill during the course of the school day, he/she may require to be sent home. Please ensure that you keep the school informed of all up to date contact details – home and mobile telephone numbers, email addresses etc.

The school nurse / healthcare workers visit at various times during the year for routine health checks, vaccinations, dental checks, fluoride varnishing and medical examinations. Parents are kept informed by letter.

Appointments During School Hours
Please try and arrange doctor/dentist appointments after school or during the school holidays. If your child has an unavoidable appointment, please bring a letter or appointment card to the office and then collect them from the school office at the specified time.
