In St Patrick’s Primary, we believe that our children and young people are the most important people and we are committed to ensuring ALL pupils are provided with lots of opportunities to participate and play an active role in the decisions that affect their learning and wellbeing. We are passionate about listening to the views, wishes and experiences of all our pupils and promote opportunities for pupils to contribute, influence and initiate change. We have lots of ways that the children can do this formally, such as through our Pupil Parliament, pupil questionnaires and pupil groups. Our Pupil Parliament is made up of Wellbeing, Digital, ECO, Faith, Rights and Inclusion MSPs. However, we also aim to create an ethos that allows the children to regularly share their opinions informally: in class, to other staff members and also to Mrs Moore.
