WE RAISED £300 FOR MARY’S MEALS

During Lent, we have been trying to raise money for Mary’s  Meals because  we know they help hungry children around the world by giving them a daily meal in their place of education. This work is amazing because it encourages the children to go to school which means they will receive a good education.

We organised a whole school pyjama day and asked for donations.

Everyone came in their jammies – including teachers!

We played cricket in our jammies and even spoke at assembly wearing them too!

We manged to raise £300 which means we can feed 21 children for a year through Mary’s Meals. #almsgiving #helpingothers

Max from Mary’s Meals came to our class to collect the cheque.  Mary’s Meals are now feeding 1,257,278 children across the world!! AMAZING.

    1. I’m missing you all too. I’m on holiday with my family and Joseph is loving the swimming pool. He has goggle and a big body float so that he can go in the pool himself. He’s loving it. Hope you’re having a brilliant holiday.
