Good Morning
We are running our MacMillan Coffee Morning on Thursday 24th September. This will include a virtual coffee morning @ 10am through zoom with an amazing prize raffle. Watch out for the link to join. Raffle tickets cost £1 and can be purchased from your teacher.
Each Class has decided on their own theme this year & some classes have organised their own fundraising events. Please check your child’s class blog for information.
Some families are taking part in a sponsored walk in their own time. Please ask your teacher for a sponsor form if you wish to do this.
We will sell doughnuts at lunchtime on Thursday 24th September. Cost will be 50p each.
Children can take part in our art competition. Create your masterpiece then put a photograph on your class blog.
A Massive Thank You to our Parent Council for helping to put this together (under challenging circumstances) and providing amazing raffle prizes.
Hope to see you all on Thursday & we raise as much money as we usually do for such a great cause.

This is an annual event & has always been well attended and successful in the past. Unfortunately due to restrictions we cannot go ahead with our usual fundraising activities.
After discussion it was decided to limit our activities and present choices for families to become involved.
Details to follow on class blogs.

Dear Parents/Carers
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
Thursday 3rd September @ 10am via zoom
All parents automatically join the Parent Forum in St Albert’s. There is also a Parent Council which is elected each year at the AGM. It is important that every year we have fresh new faces and fresh ideas on the Parent Council. For all existing and new parents this is a great way to get involved with our School and be part of what makes the School so special.
There are a range of areas that Parent Councils can get involved in across the school and in the local community. These include:
Our AGM will inform you of St Albert’s school improvement plan this year and how you can be involved in this. Parent Council members will also share previous year’s developments and successes in the Parent Council and you will have the opportunity to put your name forward to join our parent council. A link will be sent to all parents prior to meeting.
We hope that ALL parents are able to join us.
Thank you
