You might want to change the ‘class’ time from 1 hour to 30 minutes so that you don’t feel overwhelmed! Look at the different formats, and find one that works for you!

We recommend taking time to exercise outside, practice mindfulness activities and use Friday to learn a new skill! You could base this on an MTA class, or something brand new!
