Day 1 of the Final Expedition

Today our mainland group began their final expedition. They met at Queen Street station and boarded a train to Dunkeld.

First we arrived at Dunkeld station. We started our expedition by heading for calli’s car park so that we can go to the caves to take photographs for the collage the team was going to make. It was pretty steep and a bit hard getting there but when we got to the top we found something surprising. We met a group of people who were also there. They shared a story about how their relatives used the water that flowed from the top of the mountain to make ice cubes. We all tested the water and it was pure. After that we started making our way to loch ordie. When we got there, we took a break and got a great view of the ocean. In the end we did get lost as we couldn’t find the path, however we were able to get to the campsite by going off path. – Jet
