The Catering and Facilities Management team cater for the education establishments across Glasgow, using the Fuel Zone brand.
A new menu is designed each year following consultations with pupils, parents, teachers and the catering teams based in the schools. The Fuel Zone team ensure the new menus comply with the Schools Health Promotion and Nutrition (Scotland) Act 2007 and Food and Drink in Schools (Scotland) Regulations 2020.
