What is it?

LGBT History Month is an annual month-long observance of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender history, and the history of the gay rights and related civil rights movements. (Wikipedia).

As part of Rosshall’s Improvement Plan under “Inclusion And Equalities”, Rosshall is working towards LGBT Silver Charter. To further promote LGBT Equality I have created a display in the library.

One part focusses on those who fought for LGBT Rights and those who have influenced the world through their music, art and literature.

The other part features some current LGBT authors and fiction books held in the library.
