DYW (Developing the Young Workforce) Coordinator: 
My name is Deborah Lynch and I am the DYW Coordinator for Drumchapel High School. I work with other members of staff to ensure that every young person leaves school with a positive destination.
My role covers the following:
- help young people search for college courses, apprenticeships, employment opportunities
- identify young people who would benefit from work-based learning
- assist with applications, personal statements, interview preparation
- design individual action plans to develop employability skills.
Opportunities are advertised through:

- regular updates to inform staff
