Welcome to the CREATE YMI site. Our amazing Youth Music Initiative Tutors work across every primary school in Glasgow and we want to share our passion and knowledge of music with every child and young person in the city.
During the current school closures we want to actively encourage our young people to sing and play music at home as we all know how important the role of music is in being able to lift our spirits when times are tough. We also know and understand the wider benefits of playing music that has a huge impact in a young persons development, such as language and numeracy.
On this site you will find resources created as well as curated by our highly trained and experienced music tutors.
